Drexel University Online's outbound campaign targeted prospective students who had at previously started the application process but did not complete it. This campaign directed prospects to a personalized website with variable imagery and information based on their known area of study. Prospects viewed information about their program of study, completed a short survey to update their information on file, and were then directed to complete the application process.
