As season ticket holders have shown to prefer online renewal over traditional renewal options (mail, phone, or in-person), Digital Shuffle developed a personalized data-driven website for the Oklahoma City Thunder’s ticket operations team. Renewal options for each ticket holder are display in a user friendly interface, completely customized for the OKC’s NBA team, with Playoffs ticket ordering options and contact information for their account manager. A personalized image is available for each season ticket holder to download, which displays their name on the OKC’s Arena Jumbotron for use as a digital wallpaper or printable fan memorabilia.
Season ticket holders were greeted by name with the option to view a video or proceed directly to their Thunder renewal form.
Ticket holders viewed a different welcome letter depending on their location and price level.
