Digital Shuffle was challenged with developing an emotionally impactful video for the Orlando Magic NBA team, a data-driven renewal website for season ticket holders, and an alternate version of the website for non-season ticket holders. We wanted to create something more than just a video, we wanted to capture the power and energy of Magic fans and translate that into the website and video, providing the ultimate fan experience.
Using data-driven communications, Digital Shuffle developed personalized websites for each season ticket holder. Upon entering the website, the ticket holder saw their name written by the Magic mascot, Stuff, which then lead into the main video playing. The characters on the banners surrounding the video would begin to come alive and dance to the music of the video, interacting with each other and responding to the main video. Below, personalized elements showed the ticket holder’s name on comment board and social media posts. A personalized renewal page allowed season ticket holders to quickly view their invoice, distribute game credits, choose their Playoffs ticket options, and renew their tickets. An alternate version of the website was developed for single game ticket buyers, which did not feature personalization. Experience the website firsthand, as personalized for Steve Sample.
